Corby McGlauflin Hired as Bismarck State Head Baseball Coach

Bismarck State College athletic director, Buster Gilliss, is pleased to announce Corby McGlauflin has been selected as the head baseball coach at BSC. Corby comes to the Mystics after three seasons at the NCAA Div. II University of Mary as the team's pitching coach. Prior to the University of Mary, McGlauflin was an assistant coach for three years at Sioux City North High School, which included three conference championships and a Class 4A state title in 2009.

A native of Sioux City, Iowa, McGlauflin pitched four seasons at Southwest Minnesota State University where he finished his college career ERA of 4.02. He finished his career tied for 3rd in saves and 8th in appearances in school history. McGlauflin earned his bachelor's degree from SMSU and his master's degree in sports and physical education administration at University of Mary.
