This Bismarck Quarterback Club has selected Austin Slaughter & Liza Doppler as the Junior College Men's and Women's Athlete's of the Year for 2019. Congratulations to Bailey Wilhelm, women's basketball, and Seth Brewer, baseball, who were also nominated for the award.
