Mystic Extend Winning Streak to Four

The Bismarck State College baseball team has been overpowering in April, going 11-1 in the month and today they extended their winning streak to four by sweeping Williston State College in a doubleheader.

Kyle Odenbach highlighted game one’s victory, as he would pitch a complete game, shutting down the Tetons. Odenbach only allowed four hits, while striking out eight and not allowing a run across the plate to help the Mystics get the 6-0 victory.

In game two, the Mystics would find themselves down by three runs going into the bottom of the fifth inning. The offense would take care of business in the bottom of the fifth, scoring five runs and leading the Mystics to a 7-5 victory. Carter Krueger would help power the offense, as he would hit a home run, driving in two runs to help the cause.

The Mystics have a record of 19-5 overall, and 11-3 in conference.
