Bismarck State College men's basketball coach, Joe Mueller, announces the signing of Steven Loucks from Yuma, AZ, to a national letter of intent. Steven, a 6' 6" post, played high school basketball at Cibola High School. He was voted to the Division IV Section I Second Team while averaging 14.1 points, 8 rebounds, and 2.1 blocks per game. Loucks will bring size and athleticism to the Mystics next season.
