Bismarck State College men's basketball coach, Joe Mueller, is pleased to announce the signing of Melvin Collins of West Fargo to an NJCAA letter of intent to play basketball for the Mystics next season. Melvin is a two-time All EDC performer as well as a 1st Team All-State selection. He averaged 18.1 ppg and 8.9 rpg. Melvin was selected MVP his senior season. He will also participate in the Lions' All Star games this summer.
