Bismarck State College men's basketball coach Joe Mueller is pleased to announce the signing of Payton Tiokasin to a national letter of intent to play basketball for the Mystics next season. A Mclaughlin, SD, native, Payton is a three-time All-Conference performer while averaging 26 ppg and 12 rpg his senior season.
