Coach Buster Gilliss is pleased to announce Charlie Black, a standout 6' 2" forward from Four Winds High School, has signed a letter of intent to play basketball next season at Bismarck State. Black averaged 12 ppg and 7 rpg while leading Four Winds to back to back State Class B Championships.
