Bismarck State College announces the signing of Jamison Kramer to a national letter of intent to play basketball for the Mystics next season. The 6' 4" guard-forward from LaMoure/Litchville-Marion averaged 21.7 points and 7.6 rebounds this past season while being named to the Class B All-State Team. Kramer earned Region 3 Player of the Year honors while leading the Loboes to a 19-4 record and a third place finish in the Region 3 Tournament. Kramer scored over 1200 career points and is the seventh All-Stater to sign to play next season for the Mystics.
