Ngor Deng and Shaamar Andrews have signed national letters of intent to play basketball next season for the Mystics.
Deng, a 6' 1" point guard from Austin High School (MN), averaged 10 points and 6 assists per game this past season. An all-conference performer, Deng helped lead the Packers to a 28-6 season record and a third place finish at the Minnesota State Class AAA Basketball Tournament.
Andrews, a 6' 6" power forward averaged 13 points and 10 rebounds per game this past season for North Miami Senior High School (FL). Andrews led the Pioneers to a 21-8 season record and a region runner-up finish. Andrews was selected to play in the South Florida Select All-Star game this past spring.
