Bismarck State College men’s basketball team went on the road to take on Lake Region State College for the Mystic’s first game of 2024. The Mystics would kick off 2024 with a win over the Royals 68-50.

A pair of Mystics recorded double-doubles in the win. Hussein Elmaraghy came off the bench to lead all scorers with 18 points and earned his double-double with a game leading 12 rebounds. Isaiah Davis would lead the Mystic starters with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

The Mystics have a record of 7-10 overall and 2-6 in conference. The Mystics return home to face Dakota College at Bottineau on January 15.
