Andrew Duncan, a native of Kingston, Jamaica, and former player at the University of Mary, will assist Kevin Rice with the men's basketball team. Duncan played high school basketball for Kingston College High School (The Purples). In 2000, he moved Leicestershire, England, where he attended West Nottinghamshire Junior College and played basketball. He also coached youth basketball for four years and earned a Level 2 Coaching Award by the England Basketball Association. Duncan began his coaching career at St. Mary's High School from 2010-2013. After two years off, he returned to coaching at Shiloh Christian where he helped the Skyhawks win a state title in 2016. From 2016-2020, he coached freshmen girls' basketball at Bismarck Legacy, winning the 2020 WDA freshmen tournament. He returned to the Skyhawks for the 2020-2021 season as an assistant girls' basketball coach. In 2022, the Skyhawks were third in the state Class B tournament.
