Mystics Shine at NJCAA National Meet

Bismarck State College's track and field team showcased their talent and dedication at the recent NJCAA National Meet, with several athletes putting on impressive performances.

In the men's 200-meter dash, Nathan Mathern finished in 30th place with a time of 21.84, while Talen Farland closely followed in 33rd place with a time of 22.01. Jack Koppelsloen excelled in the men's 600-meter run, securing the 21st spot with a time of 1:22.84.

Tsitsi Karanda stood out in the women's 600-meter run, finishing in 10th place with a time of 1:36.29. Morgon Brindley represented the team in the men's 800-meter run, finishing in 31st place with a time of 1:57.72. Alison Hoff put on a great performance in the women's shotput, claiming the 14th spot with a throw of 11.93 meters.

The men's 4x800 meter relay team also delivered a strong performance, securing the 8th position with a time of 7:51.25.

The Bismarck State College track and field team continues to demonstrate their skill and determination, making their mark at the national level. Congratulations to all the athletes on their outstanding achievements, and we look forward to witnessing more success from them in the future.
