Murdock Sparks Mystics To Win

Bismarck State College women’s basketball has been looking for a spark to get their season going in the right direction. Brynnlee Murdock may have given the Mystics that spark, as they returned home to defeat the Dakota College at Bottineau 85-75.

Murdock would put up a game leading 30 points, which included going 6-10 from behind the three-point line. She wouldn’t be the only one to have an impact on the game, though. Harys Beauchamp would have a strong all-around game adding 15 points, five assists, and seven rebounds.

Jordan Derby would lead the Mystics in rebounds with nine, while Piper Harris would dish out a game leading eight assists and chip in 12 points.

The Mystics have a record of 3-15 overall and 2-7 in conference. The Mystics travel to face Williston State College on January 18.
