Mystics and Thunderbirds Battle for Bismarck Supremacy

The Bismarck State College women’s basketball team hosted Mon-Dak conference foe, and cross-town rival United Tribes Technical College, to see who was the best in Bismarck. Despite four Mystics scoring in double digits, they wouldn’t be able to keep pace with the Thunderbirds and would fall 81-64.

Harys Beauchamp would lead the Mystics in scoring with 17 points and would pull down six boards. Piper Harris would be all over the court, scoring 12 points, dishing five assists, and leading the team with nine rebounds.

Also scoring in double digits for the Mystics were Carlie Lawrence with 13 and Brynnlee Murdock with 12.

The Mystics have a record of 3-18 overall and 2-10 in conference. The Mystics travel to Miles City to face Miles Community College on January 28.
