Bismarck State College took to the road to face conference foe Dawson Community College. Immediately the Mystics came out looking to show why they are atop the conference standings, as they would win the first set 25-11. Despite the Buccaneers’ efforts to keep the second and third sets close, the Mystics would get the job done, sweeping the match 3-0 (25-11, 25-23, and 26-24).

Breena Sand would have another strong match, as she would drive the Mystics scoring with 12 kills and an ace. The Mystics would have nine total aces. Paige McAllister would have a team leading four aces.

 Bismarck State College is 9-0 in conference and 15-8 overall.

The Mystics return on Oct. 3 to face Miles Community College.
