Although the Bismarck State College volleyball team may not have achieved all the goals they set for themselves at the start of the season, they still had a successful season and they now have the conference honors to show that.
Head coach Kyle Kuether earned the title of Mon-Dak Conference Coach of the Year for leading his team to a 19-14 overall record, 11-1 in conference, which resulted in the Mystics winning the Mon-Dak Conference title.
Sophomores Paige McAllister and Piper Harris both earned 1st Team all-conference honors. McAllister finished the season with 251 kills, 67 total blocks and a team leading 35 service aces. Harris anchored the back row all season long with 607 digs, while also adding 25 service aces.
They also honored sophomore Breena Sand with a 2nd Team all-conference selection. Sand had a team leading 271 kills to go along with 34 service aces and 351 digs.
