A native of Scottsdale Arizona, Scott enters his 3rd season as an assistant coach for the Mystics. Scott works mainly with the pitching staff and outfielders. Last season the Mystics Staff finished 27th in the Nation in ERA and 7th in the Nation in K/9.

Prior to coaching at Bismarck State College Scott played 4 years at the University of Mary in the OF and serving as their closer. Scott appeared in 149 of 162 games and in 2019 won the Rawlings Gold Glove in left field for NCAA D2 Baseball. In his time as U-Mary’s closer Scott was 6-6 in save opportunities and boasted a 15.9 K/9.
