Mystics Rally To Sweep Lake Region in Double Header

The Bismarck State College softball team would put up big numbers offensively, and would need every bit of that offense to secure the sweep of the Royals.

In game one of the day, the Mystics would come out on fire, collecting 15 hits and 18 runs, to earn an 18-4 victory. Jada Walter would power the offense, collecting three hits and driving in five runs. Daisy Sparrow would add in three hits of her own, while scoring four times.

In game two, the Mystics would find themselves down six runs going into the bottom of the 5th inning, but would turn the offense back on to score nine runs in the inning. The Royals would fight back, but the Mystics would finish the game with a walk off hit by Dominique Baker to earn the 11-10 win.

The Mystics overall record is 10-11-1 and 2-4 in conference.

The Mystics will go on the road to face Dawson Community College on Saturday, April 6.
