
Bismarck State College is pleased to announce that Brielle Wrangham, a standout freshman shortstop, has been named the Mon-Dak Softball Player of the Week. Wrangham's exceptional performance during the opening week of the season has earned her this recognition.
Hailing from Bismarck, North Dakota, and a proud alumna of Bismarck High School, Wrangham showcased her remarkable skills on the field in a series of four games. She achieved an impressive batting average of .538, going 7 for 13 at the plate. Her performance included two extra-base hits and a sacrifice fly, contributing significantly to her team's success.
Additionally, Wrangham drove in 9 RBIs, scored 3 runs, and secured 2 walks, highlighting her versatility at the plate. Her outstanding achievements not only reflect her dedication and hard work but also set a high standard for her fellow teammates and competitors in the league.
The Mystics are 2-1-1 on the season and travel to Jamestown for another four game series February 14 and 15.
