Mystics Add Two Conference Wins

The Bismarck State College (BSC) Mystics softball team earned a doubleheader sweep on the road against Lake Region State College. 

In the first matchup, the Mystics secured a 5-2 victory. Kathryn Sliman continued her outstanding season, delivering a stellar performance on the mound. Sliman earned the win by allowing just two unearned runs, advancing her impressive season record to 12-5. The offense was ignited by Jordyn Marcoux, who went 1 for 3 with a solo home run. Additionally, Elin Williams and Tayler Falcon contributed with two hits each, both scoring once. Brynn Arnold added to the offensive numbers with a triple, scoring twice.

The Mystics maintained their momentum in the second game, securing an 8-3 victory. Haily Molde was instrumental on the mound, pitching a complete game of seven innings and allowing only three runs, with just two earned. The offensive efforts were led by Savannah Gustavsson and Brielle Wrangham, each collecting three hits. Gustavsson demonstrated her power at the plate with two doubles, while Wrangham impressed with a home run.

The Mystics are 19-14-1 overall and 7-7 in conference.
