The Bismarck State College Mystics women's track and field team took to the road to compete at the NDSU Dakota Alumni Classic.
Aliya Schock led the Mystics with a strong performance in the 400-meter race, securing 8th place with a time of 1:00.38.
In the 800-meter race, the Mystics had a remarkable showing, with four athletes finishing in the top ten. Paysha Rex claimed 5th place with a time of 2:35.56, followed closely by Lindsey Schroeder in 6th place clocking in at 2:39.49. Kaitlyn Bancroft took 7th place with a time of 2:47.91, and Amelia Shepard rounded out the top eight with a time of 2:51.25.
Makayla Whitfield demonstrated her prowess in the field events, achieving 9th place in the long jump with a distance of 5.46 meters.
The Mystics' relay team also put on a strong performance, with the 4x400 meter relay team finishing in 7th place with a time of 4:14.75.
