After BSC Dan attended and ran for Minot State University where he graduated in 1989.
"I have extremely fond memories of competing for BSC and running for Darrell Anderson. We had a strong cross country team made up of mostly local runners. We qualified for the national meet my freshman year and would have my sophomore year (as we were favorites going into the qualifying regional meet) but a scheduling snafu caused us to miss the meet. In track we qualified for the indoor national meet. "
Dan love coaching and distance running and will give his very best to bring success to the athletes and program.
