BSC Brightens the Court to Raise Cancer Awareness

BSC Brightens the Court to Raise Cancer Awareness

Bismarck State College had two objectives in mind as they headed into tonight’s match against Mile Community College. First, they aimed to maintain their unbeaten record against the Mon-Dak conference. Second, they wanted to pay tribute to those who have fought against cancer. The Mystics achieved both goals by convincingly defeating the Pioneers in three consecutive sets, with scores of 25-19, 25-9, and 25-9. Their impressive performance was a fitting tribute to those who have battled cancer, and they can be proud of their achievement.

Caton Pearcy would be the standout for the Mystics with a team leading 13 kills and three aces. Piper Harris would also add three aces and a team leading 23 digs. The Mystics would have 11 aces from seven different players.

Bismarck State College is 10-0 in conference and 16-8 overall.

The Mystics take to the road to face Dakota County Technical College Oct. 5th.
