Breena Sand, a sophomore outside hitter at Bismarck State College, has been named the Mon-Dak volleyball player of the week.

In six games last week, the Bismarck native from Legacy high school, would have 66 kills on 218 attempts. Along with this, Sand would add 78 digs, 14 aces and 4 blocks.

Sand is the second Mystic to be named player of the week this season, Paige McAllister earning the title earlier this month.
